The Regroupement provincial des comités des usagers (RPCU) offers a prestigious collection of promotional tools that promote users’ rights.
Called The 12 Users’ Rights, this collection includes posters in two formats, a leaflet and a bookmark, in French and in English. The content of the material complies with the Act respecting health services and social services (LSSSS).
The products are available year-round to users committees and in-patients committees, and to any institution that requests them, to be displayed and distributed in their facilities.
